Terms of Service

I General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules for using the platform at the address psy.space-memory.com (hereinafter: "Service"), including the types, scope, and conditions of providing services electronically.

2. The Service provider is GLOBAL LEADERS SKILLS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kabacki Dukt 1, lok. U1 i U2, 02-798 Warszawa, KRS: 0001055763, NIP: 5252970924 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

3. Using the Service requires acceptance of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

II Definitions

• Service — the internet platform psy.space-memory.com.
• User — any parent or legal guardian registering an account.
• Student — a child aged 6-17 whose profile is managed by the Parent.
• Cognitive Test — interactive games measuring memory, attention, and executive functions.

III Electronically Supplied Services

1. The Administrator provides services consisting of: maintaining a parent profile, conducting cognitive tests for children, and generating reports.

2. Registration and use of basic diagnostics (the first cognitive test mission and report) in the Service are free of charge.

IV Registration and Data Protection

1. To use the Service, the Parent must register by providing their name, e-mail, and optionally a telephone number.

2. In the child's profile, the parent provides the child's first name (or identifier) and age.

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (RODO). Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

V Fees and Paid Services

1. Registration and the initial screening test are free. Paid classes, advanced training courses, and individual tutoring at Space Memory school are governed by separate, offline agreements.

VI Complaints and Contact

1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Service can be sent to: biuro@space-memory.pl.

2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
